Can't load my Fractured But Whole

Hi,


So I've been playing the new South Park game and it's been keeping me entertained after a long stressful day of work. When I preordered the game, it gave me the option to include the "Towelie: Your Gaming Buddy" feature, and how could I turn that down.

Now I recently picked up an Xbox One X and the problem is that when I go to continue my saved game, it won't let me because the Towelie feature is missing, and I can't redeem the code because it has already been redeemed. Has anyone else ran into this? Do I need to start a new game?
