Flag abuser: Warn, kick, if it continues revoke flags.
Rule breaker: Warn, kick, if it continues or gets worse ban for 1-2 hours. Unless it's a really bad offense, in which case pban.
Mic spammer: Gag.
Mingebag: Kick/Ban.
Nazism: Allow it IC, if OOC. Warn, if they don't listen ban.
